I gave my requests to the owner and was given a rate for a deep clean with 2 cleaners. The day of only 1 person showed up and was rushing through the house because per the boss they are expected to deep clean within 3-4 hours max which was never shared with me. And the house cleaner was never told about cleaning the basement! I expected a clean house and was given a rush job or half cleaned house for the full price of $. I’m not upset at the cleaner at all. She was really sweating and working fast but it wasn’t a deep cleaning and in the end I understood why. It was poor communication on the owners part. I was very upset. And felt robbed after looking forward to this for a long time.

Andrea I am very sorry for what happened, however the price that was given to you was without cabinets and closet, a 4x3 house was quoted but we realized that your house was too big and not only the basement was practically another house, however even so we asked the cleaner to do it to cover your needs, but the closets and cabinets were not included

Hired them for a deep clean of entire house upon moving in and all inside cabinets were to be scrubbed. It looked and smelled clean after a quick inspection, but soon realized it was not a good job. Many inside cabinets and other areas were still dirty and not scrubbed or cleaned….picture of dirt and grime still on cabinets.
