Hired them for a deep clean of entire house upon moving in and all inside cabinets were to be scrubbed. It looked and smelled clean after a quick inspection, but soon realized it was not a good job. Many inside cabinets and other areas were still dirty and not scrubbed or cleaned….picture of dirt and grime still on cabinets.

RUN DONT WALK! I booked with this company and when the cleaner arrived I was told the price for deep cleaning is $250. According to the messages the price says $160. I complained and told them that is not what I was originally told, I didn't have to make it up, it was there in Black and white. I asked if we could meet somewhere in the middle for inconvenience. Over the phone they refused initially saying that it was my problem, but then they later agreed to me, but told the cleaner to leave. Very very very unprofessional. Will not be using this company ever again.

We understand your inconvenience, we do everything possible to comply with our clients, maybe you did not understand our messages since we have standard rates which you can see on the platform, thumbtack also charged us for taking your job away, actually, if you need a deep cleaning for your home We could help you, but this requires a higher fee as it requires more in-depth work and can take twice as long to clean. We appreciate your comments, we hope that the next one will be a better experience

I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance. The night before the scheduled appointment I was contacted by Yesi's maid saying nothing shows up on Zillow for my address. I explained that Zillow shows an empty lot because it's a new build home and we have never sold it. I shared the map link with her twice and showed her a picture of the front of my home to prove it exists. An hour after the scheduled time the next day they still refused to come to the house claiming that it is just an empty lot. She said it was "impossible" to do. She refused to even look at the map link I sent which gives exact directions. Very unprofessional.
