- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't try to hide it. I explain to my customers upfront that I'm raising my prices. I tell them that I'm moving with the market and with my level of expertise, which has increased since they first hired me. I still try to offer some form of bulk discount so they can save more by hiring me multiple times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have extensive background and training for working with elderly people, to professionally and compassionately communicate with people, as well as technical training on Windows and Microsoft programs. I prioritize and have training in time management

I have training for elderly people ,to to communicate with people ,and I have training for Microsoft Office window
