We do require a down payment for first time customers which comes off at the end of your first cleaning. It’s typically 50% of your estimate.
PRICES: $100/hour for the first cleaning and for once a month cleanings. (Once a month becomes a fixed price after initial cleaning.)
$90/hour for every two weeks (set price after first cleaning.)
$125/hour for staging or move in/move out cleans.
Due to high demand, the Kleinert Cleaners can ONLY take on regulars at this time. We will be focusing on our specialty, which is high end/luxury homes. We have a couple spaces left for smaller to medium sized luxury condos and homes. We do NOT have time for one off cleanings at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

The Kleinert Cleaners have worked on projects as small as 500 square feet to over 6,000 square feet. Over the last few years, we have become highly sought after for home staging cleanings and luxury home cleanings. We love making your home shine no matter the size of the project.
