DON’T PAY HER UNTIL YOU SEE WHAT’S BEEN CLEANED I hired Sandra from Flores cleaning to specifically dust fixtures and degrease the stove, backsplash, hood, and cabinets in our empty unit. We weren’t able to see the unit until the day after she cleaned-there’s still grease and food all over the stove, cabinets, hood and backsplash. (See photos, it’s as if she didn’t even wipe them down-a waste of $148) I texted her and sent photos on Monday, asking to schedule her to come back and do a proper clean or give us a refund. It’s Wednesday and I still haven’t heard back from her.

We hired Flores for a DEEP CLEANING appointment. Some of the work that was done was excellent i.e the refrigerator, stove and oven. However we requested that the Windows and baseboards be cleaned and they only wiped the glass and not the window pane. Also there was still dirt and dust on the borders and floor. When I asked them about it, I was told they did clean it and was given a lackluster response. The way they came in full of energy and very prompt gave the impression that they were going to do an excellent job but sadly that was not the case. If you want to hire them to do a light clean then they will do good job but not for a deep clean.

I specifically asked them to clean inside of cabinets, closets, windows frames and blinds. Just got home and this what I found. So bad I cannot add more pix or videos.
