- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is effected by rooms, bathrooms, floors, and the type of cleaning needed. We also have extra cost for cleaning of walls, oven, fridges, windows, and also outside of a home hallways. We offer discounts after the first cleaning if you want to have weekly, biweekly and monthly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is first discussing about their home. We like to discuss about what type of cleaning is needed and how large their home is. After, we give an estimate and provide our availability that the customer desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have over 3+ years of experience in the cleaning business, they are all trained to be professional cleaners! If any problems, repairs, or anything gets broken, you have up to 48 hours to let us know, if it’s not reported up to 48 hours, we cannot fix it.
