FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work with a variety of customers, including individuals who are buying or selling a home, as well as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and insurance companies. The main customer for us is typically a person who is buying a home and wants to know the condition of the property before completing the purchase. We also may work with homeowners who want to assess the condition of their current home, either for maintenance purposes or for sale. Additionally, we may also work with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and insurance companies to assess the condition of a property as part of the transaction or underwriting process.
