- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price to do a thorough job. We price reasonable but not too low to skimp on a quality job. We are known among many agents as being the most thorough inspector they know. Many have told us so. We discount thru agents who refer us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We outline what we will inspect. We give customers choice to be there or not, depending on their work schedule. They don't need to take off work unless they want to. We supply thorough report complete with pictures of all issues found. It's our aim for customers to feel comfortable with their decision to purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, continuing education is required in the inspector's association I belong to. This keeps us abreast of the latest industry updates. We have added training for the extra benefit of thermal imaging for our customers. I am a licensed continuing education instructor on home inspection topics.
