Bruce showed up on time and conducted a thorough inspection. He checked the crawl space and went on top of the roof which were my major concerns. Home is a 1946 ranch and Bruce took the time to talk to me about his findings and recommendations after he finished. I received his report in less than 48 hours as promised and it was thorough. I strongly recommend, great experience.

We hired Bruce to conduct a home inspection. He swiftly replied and came out the next day. He informed of us what he would be doing and invited us to join him. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a City of Chicago Supervising Electrician and was a member of IBEW #134. I worked on many projects throughout Cook County, both Industrial and residential. Some of the significant projects were: The service for 900 N Michigan Avenue (The Bloomingdales Building) and the Harry Weese Riverside Townhouses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire an Inspector with an extensive background in construction, both new work, and rehab work.
