Since 2012 I have led classes, workshops and private sessions to cultivate vital life force energy by way of Medical Qi Gong. I teach all levels. No experience necessary, just a willingness to improve the quality of life. The movements are like energy exercises that can be done standing, sitting, or lying down. Some of the benefits include: improved memory, concentration, circulation, digestion, balance, wellbeing, joyous disposition, and awareness. I incorporate sound healing meditations into my classes, as well as offer private sound therapy sessions, with Tibetan singing bowls. The sound frequencies induce an alpha or theta brainwave state which fosters deep relaxation and meditation, integration, mental clarity, creativity, and facilitates a higher consciousness. This type of healing is widely used as an alternative treatment for those with anxiety, chronic pain, sleep disorders, PTSD, and is used in cancer treatment centers. I also provide energy work called Chelation. It is similar to Reiki but a little different in that Chelation is more like a hands on energetic detox, still working with the subtle energy fields of the body, clearing and charging the energy field of any unwanted debris, utilizing Earth energy. Creating a safe and comfortable space for people is a priority to me. It is important to let go of left brain activity, and engage in right brain function - imagination, creativity, and intuition. To be childlike is wonderful. That's when our senses were readily available to us without question! I enjoy witnessing a person experience an emotional or physical shift after a session. Happiness is contagious!
