Mike was very professional and thorough in assessing our repair and all solutions. Our appliance needs a specialty part, so he wasn’t able to complete the repair at this time. He shared the information, discussed options and projected costs. After spending 2 hours, he only charged his service visit fee. I would definitely use his services again, and recommend him to family and friends

Spoke with Mike about a issue with our dishwasher. He was able to come out the next day. However before he arrived he researched our problem and let us know the cost of parts alone would be close to the cost of a new unit. So while we ended up not using Mike I appreciated his quick communication and honesty.
