Brandon did an excellent job at installing my security door. My door frame gave him some challenges but he was still able to install my door, even though it meant coming back later that evening to finish. He also provided me with info I needed to purchase a sill extender that I needed for the door and came back to install it for me for free. He was polite and courteous and I appreciated his follow through.

Brandon did an excellent job with the installation of a new door, including the security handle, threshold, weatherstripping, and additional doorknob repair. His estimate was reasonable, which is why I chose him over others. He was patient and kind, taking the time to go over the details, materials needed, and the step-by-step process from start to finish. A few areas for improvement: Payment: I would have preferred to use Zelle. Punctuality: Although there were some rainy days, there were still opportunities to come in during the early morning. Communication: Any delays, time constraints, or cancellations should have been communicated promptly.
