It was a pleasure to meet Farrad. He was slightly early, which was surprising in Chicagoland! Amazing, thoughtful work. My house is old, and despite endless remodeling its angles are a bit off. Farrad was dedicated to getting bifold doors to fit straight enough to work well and look great, despite the floor and door-frame having their own, unrelated angles. Amazing work, dedicated to perfection!

We had a great experience with Farrad for our door repairs. We thought we might need a new door as it was very drafty and he came out within 24 hours to assess and give us an estimate. We appreciated how he walked us through all our possible options and pricing. We ended up only needing minor repairs to sealing and weather stripping and he got us into his schedule within a few days. He was fast, responsive, and did great work. We would absolutely use him again for future projects!

Before and after photos below, I would like to start off by saying he isn’t the cheapest out there but I definitely had more expensive estimates while looking for someone to replace the door. He knew what he was doing and made the proper adjustments to a door he was able to purchase and bring over to make my life easier for this special sizing door. I was very satisfied with how it came out and I would recommend him for sure!

From his high responsiveness, punctuality, flexibility in adapting to my requests (he brought spray foam because I was worried about air tightness), to his willingness and ability to adapt to unforeseen existing conditions, I was most satisfied with his workmanship and am looking forward to a warmer living room with my newly installed exterior door. Highly recommend.

For relatively smaller to moderate jobs that can be capture with images and basic measurements, we can provide a price quote. The work is usually done the same day. For more complex jobs, we would come out to assess and provide and estimate.

We have a full team that renovates homes and have been doing so for the last 4 years.
