Emilio did an outstanding job assembling my RIT FIT M1 Smith Machine. He arrived on time, was quick to respond to messages, and showed great flexibility in determining the optimal location for the equipment. Emilio completed the job with a second man, demonstrating extensive knowledge of fitness equipment throughout the process. The skeleton of the machine was carefully set up first, with adjustments to final location of cage made as needed before completing the final installation. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend his services based on his expertise and the quality of the final install!

I got a quick response the night I inquired. They were punctual (came on time the very next day), professional (with knowledge of an old exercise machine) and well mannered. Didn't leave until the job was perfect which was difficult given the nature of the task. I would highly recommend them.

Had a problem with balance, but one phone call and Emilio came out and rectified the problem right away. We still have a problem with the two sides not being hung back the same distance. One side is farther back than the other. I may call Emilio again to see if he will be in the area and can pop in to fix it. I hate to be a pain in the neck, but at the same time I know if I leave it this way it will drive me crazy.
