I needed the top of my chimney rebuilt and a new cap installed. Got four quotes Xterior specialist were not the lowest but not far off. Can't say enough about how professional David and his crew were. Answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail. The job was well done and they went the extra mile checking the roof and caulked a couple vents that needed it. I will go back to these guys for any exterior maintenance I need.

I can’t say enough good things about the this company. They sent out Agustin Ramirez and his crew. From the initial estimate to the last paver brick, they were by far the most professional contractor I talked to. We had a very unique project, in our downtown condo building in which Agustin and his crew had to demolish a concrete slab and replace it with brick pavers and artificial turf. Given the way the building was set up they literally to carry each piece of broken concrete out by hand, through our living room, kitchen and down the building hallway. There was also an issue with the way the previous patio was sloped that the other contractors weren’t even sure how to address. Agustin ended up building a retaining wall with concrete and rebar that allowed him to level the surface and pitch the water towards the drain. Agustin and his crew managed to do the whole project in three days and it came out great.
