I recently had my master bathroom completely remodeled and repaired by Preferred Estates Co, Installed a new Central air unit, hot water tank, painted and other things done in my rental property as well and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My bathroom had been left in poor condition by a previous contractor, with significant plumbing issues and subpar craftsmanship. Preferred Estates Co not only corrected these problems but far exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their work.

I bought a property gutted to the studs, could not find a team to take on the Job for an affordable price. Then I met Josiah, Took it on for an amazing price, and over achieved! Came in under budget, and ahead of schedule. Quality of work did not disappoint whatsoever. Very responsive with communication and updates. He made the Job as smooth as it possibly could’ve been.
