I’ve been renovating houses for a long time, and I can confidently say that Jonathan from Good Living Real Estate Inc. is one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. He’s not just good at the usual contractor work—he takes on tough projects and gets them done right. I hired him to turn a leaking basement into a living space with two bedrooms, and I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently he worked. From framing to finishing, everything was done with great attention to detail. What really impressed me was how he installed egress windows in concrete—something not every contractor can do. He handled it like a pro and finished it much faster than I expected. If you’re looking for a contractor who knows what he’s doing, works fast, and delivers great results, Jonathan is the guy to call. I highly recommend him!

Working with Mr. Branch has been nothing but easy! He responds quickly, always has brilliant ideas and helped us get the best bang for our buck! If you’re looking for a general contractor give him a ring! No job is too small or too big- he always makes time and cares about what he does!! I highly recommend him and his company for any of your home projects / ideas!! We will be hiring him again!
