Mr. Brown created a bedroom within our large family/great room. The project required electrical expertise and creativity to make the large closet and sliding barn door we wanted happen, all of which Mr. Brown handled with ease and optimism. In addition to delivering high work quality and value, Mr. Brown and his team were consistently punctual, communicative, and pleasant to be around. This project happened between Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was 8 months pregnant, my husband and I were both working from home, and our 3 year old was often around. I anticipated this 2.5 weeks being quite stressful, but it was smooth, we were comfortable having Mr. Brown and his team in our home, and even looked forward to seeing him and his positive energy in the mornings. Very grateful and highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer involves a free introduction and estimate on site. From that point, Im the acting day to day liaison for the duration of the project regarding all phases.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive field knowledge across mutiple professions i.e., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hvac, through working with several tradesmen for over 40 years. I have my bachelors degree in business management and finance from UIC in Chicago.
