William responded immediately to my request for a quote and came out the next day. He listened to my ideas and thoughts and then quickly got creative with new ideas and better solutions. Willie came out to meet me and give a quote on some major corrective issues at our house. He was punctual, and professional, and answered all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely trust him to do my project. We are waiting to figure out if our issue is financially worth fixing. If it is, then, we would feel in good hands giving Blackwater Valley our business.
