Yesterday, I had Eli and Mandi come out and provide an estimate on my garage door. I was suspicious about the company I'd been using before because of the constant complications I was having. I was told by that company that I needed a full door replacement after only 5 years and was given the same reasoning that I'd been given in 2011. This didn't seem believable to me. Eli and Mandi came and gave me an honest and clear assessment on the bad installation I'd had with the other company I'd used, which I'd suspected; and I was told what was needed to correct it. The technician was even able to perfectly describe how unevenly my door had been rising/lowering without touching or operating the door. He assured me that my new door would rise/lower evenly and smoothly. We agreed on a full door replacement that was scheduled for the following day at 12PM at a price I was beyond happy with. It was much more reasonable than the company I'd been using. The next day, they arrived promptly and even called about an hour ahead of time to remind me that they'd be present at 12PM. They worked effectively and efficiently and had me test the door in front of them several times before they left. They also installed molding around the door, which had never been done before. Neither of my previous doors ever functioned so smoothly and evenly, even at brand new installation. I highly recommend Eli and Mandi. I appreciate their professionalism and transparency.

We have a very old 2-car garage with old masonite doors and old openers and we wanted to install an electronic keypad opener and have remotes. I was concerned that someone may just come and just say everything had to be replaced. Armando didn't do that. He programmed a new pad and 2 remotes that can still be used if we upgrade the system and he fixed a sensor that was acting up. Sweet man, communicated by text and phone, on time, and trustworthy. I'll have him back to do the upgrade.
