- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to provide fair and reasonable prices for customers. No secret fees, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Smooth out details on the customer’s needs, asking questions to uncover any obstacles I might face for the job so I can adequately prepare. Once the customer feels comfortable about the process, I’ll then work out details for date and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education mostly comes from hands on experience growing up and in my 9-5 job.
