- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment is preferred in cash but if that was not possible I would accept other methods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that I am able to fully complete the job before confirming. I also make sure that I’m sharp with getting there on time and letting the customer know ahead of time about any possibility of being late. Lastly, I make sure that I remain professional and respect every aspect of being inside someone’s house throughout the whole job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done nearly 200 furniture assembly jobs in my work experience on other platforms and looking forward to building a solid profile and resume on Thumbtack.
