What can I say about Fernando, he came thru for me, punctual, professional, ethical, respectful, knowledgeable…etc. Highly recommend him! Before posting a request on thumbtack, I had called ABC; no call no show. Fernando answered my request within 10 minutes and showed up the same day!! Awful experience. Would not quote his service fee prior to performing the work. Would eventually provide quote after the work which was &45 higher than every other contractor who nodded for the work. Once the work was completed he offered a guarantee that if the problem was not fixed he would come back and address it at no cost to me. Well, the problem was not corrected and he states that I should consult with another contractor. Now, I have no choice but to address it through Thumbtack or small claims court.

There definitely wasn’t miscommunication between us . I let you know my price upon inspection of this job . My price was $140 and you agreed. Now once this was done you refused to pay me the agreed price because only then you felt like it was too much : Now you expect me to come back and work for you once more ? I hold the end of my agreements but unfortunately I do not work for free . And I wasn’t paid in full sir. Have a great day .
