Ivan was wonderful, he arrived on time, was very personable and professional. He went right to work diagnosing what was wrong with my treadmill, fixed the problem and was done in an hour. He made sure to test my treadmill to make sure it was working properly once the job was complete. He explained what he repaired and showed me what he repaired. I have an older model Weslo Cadence GTX and I am back in business. I highly recommend this company!!!

I contacted Ivan regarding a NordicTrack treadmill console that had stopped working. The NordicTrack is less than a year old. I had a very difficult time getting help from theNordicTrack company. Ivan had been troubleshooting with me and suggested he could possibly find some replacement parts to help save me some money. Because it was so new he could not find the replacement parts and suggested that it was still under warranty and that would be my cheapest option. I did try Nordic track again and was able to have them send me a new console but was unable to replace it myself so I called Ivan. He came to my home. He was on time. He was friendly and professional. He replaced the console for me and also did preventative maintenance on my machine. I really appreciated the fact that he was trying to save me money in the long run. I felt he was very honest with me about my options. I would not hesitate to use him again for any further repair or maintenance issues.

We have a fixed price per service call. We don’t work by the hour, but instead, charge for the work visit. We offer discounts for regular seasonal maintenance.

Before visiting a customer, we always determine what issue they’re experiencing and the model of their fitness equipment. With this information, we arrive prepared with the necessary tools to professionally service their equipment. After a full inspection, we provide a detailed assessment of any parts that need replacement and perform complete on-site maintenance.

I am an engineer with 15 years of experience, specializing in mechanics and electronics.
