- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a fixed price per service call. We don’t work by the hour, but instead, charge for the work visit. We offer discounts for regular seasonal maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before visiting a customer, we always determine what issue they’re experiencing and the model of their fitness equipment. With this information, we arrive prepared with the necessary tools to professionally service their equipment. After a full inspection, we provide a detailed assessment of any parts that need replacement and perform complete on-site maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an engineer with 15 years of experience, specializing in mechanics and electronics.
