The owner of the company was quick to respond to our initial request. He would keep in contact with us before he arrived. He would take pictures/videos before and after the work was done to show the improvements made. He made it easy for us to understand what was needed to make repairs and offered us various options for fixing our chimney. Most importantly, he was easy to work with and had an easy going manner without pushing us to choose one option over another. We highly recommend him for any chimney work done well.

S.M did a great job and was very responsive and got the job done right away. His prices are very competitive and he is fair which I appreciated. I had to clean my fireplace as well as change the damper cap, he even patched both chimneys he did a great job, I will recommend to anyone looking to get this type of work done

SM home service was very professional and maintained professionalism the entire time. A terrible odor was coming out of my dryer vent and he gave me all my options. He cleaned it and thankfully fixed the problem.

S.M replied quickly, arrived when the said and seemed to do a good job although we have not lit a fire to check. They did show a photo of the chimney. I do think that they are overpriced for the short time it took to do the job. Not sure I would hire them again for that reason
