50 year old chimney had been neglected. SM Home cleaned it, repaired/replaced the broken bricks, replaced the cap, replaced the damper and put in a new liner. They first moved all furniture and the rug from near the fireplace and covered them with plastic sheeting. Upon completing the chimney they replaced the rug and furniture and explained how to use the new damper. Very professional throughout. The job was delayed a bit by inclement weather.

Mr. Shai did a very thorough and professional job replacing the ignition switch on my fireplace. He’s extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He makes sure that everything is working properly before he leaves and also asks if you have any questions. I will definitely use him regularly for my duct cleaning and my annual fireplace inspections. Extremely satisfied.

SM Service came same day to complete a chimney cleaning. I’ve had others come out and tell me that many repairs needed to happened for thousands of dollars but SM was genuine and forth right with explaining what was needed and what was optional or recommended - which I really appreciated. We have 2 fireplaces in our home that we purchased in July…we knew nothing about them but I have always wanted to have working fireplaces in my home. I reached out to SM Home Services and got an extremely quick response and was able to get scheduled within the same week!
