As a Personal Financial Coach I help people who are feeling stressed about money become confident and in control of their finances. Whether you are dealing with debt, wondering "where all the money goes," or need help setting financial goal and making a plan for your future, I can help you through one-on-one coaching sessions. I went from being a broke Chicago theater artist struggling to pay my bills to retiring early at age 52. I know what it is like to struggle with money, but I also know that you can completely transform your financial life. No matter where you are financially I can walk you step-by-step towards feeling confident and in control of your finances. Bad habits, money beliefs we’ve had since we were kids, and a lack of desire to deal with it all can conspire to keep us stuck in place. But together we can make a plan, set goals, and get you where YOU want to go — because that is what money is for — to help us live the life we want to live. I offer a free 30-minute intro call and affordable rates. Coaching is over video calls, and I do not sell financial products—just practical solutions to put you in control of your finances!

I have never been very good with saving money or budgeting. Feeling overwhelmed and a bit hopeless I decided that I needed help! Last year, amid wondering if or how I would be able to retire and worrying whether I was doing enough, I got the chance to work with Sandra - and it helped put my mind at ease. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a four-session coaching package for $280. This includes four one-hour sessions. Additional sessions/packages are available after that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 30-minute initial consultation video call. This gives us a chance to meet, I can find out a little bit about your financial situation, and you can learn more about my coaching process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my coaching comes from my own experience of going from a broke artist to successful professional to retiring at age 52, as well as from years of informally helping family and friends with their finances. I am also a Certified Financial Education Instructor℠ with the National Financial Educators Council.
