➊ It’s a family business, and here you contact directly with the contractor, without a "man in the middle".
➋ I work in Chicago and the surrounding area up to 30 - 40 miles.
➌ I have experience working with property owners, house flippers, business owners. I started my business on Angi service, my overall rating is 5 stars, more than 110 works have been completed. I attached a screenshot in the photos.
➍ I do the work the way you want, not the way it’s convenient for me, and I try to explain what possible options there are.

❻ You can hire me hourly (price from $55, minimum 2 hours), for the whole day (price from $400) or for the whole project (price negotiable).
❼ All consumables for work, parking fees, etc. are your expenses.
❽ On-site consultation - $75, waived upon hiring.
❾ I prefer to communicate via messages, as the entire history of correspondence is saved. Also, my English is not perfect yet, but this does not hinder communication.

— Electrical jobs - Lighting and ceiling fans, replace existing fixtures, switches, dimmers, outlets, circuit breaker. Max height of my ladder is about 15 - 16 feet.
— Deck repair, painting.
— Door repair, installation, lock replace, hinges repair, painting.
— Baseboards, frames installation, laminate (vinyl) installation
— TV, mounting, installation of bathroom accessories

WHAT I CAN'T DO
— Plumbing
— HVAC
— Murphy beds (beds that pull down from the wall)
— Install faucets or any plumbing work
— Hang pictures, mirrors, etc. over stairs
— Install recessed lights, EV chargers
— install lights or fans where there isn’t already a fixture or wiring (in residential premises)
— Mount TV's on tile or on tile over fireplaces
— roof, gutters repair.
