- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price varies from $25 to $50 per hour depending on the amount of work needed. All the prices are negotiable and I give discounts for long-term projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30 minute-trial lesson. Then we talk and I try to figure out what learning strategies a student is most comfortable with. If at the end of this conversation I am not sure about the student's level of proficiency in the language I may ask her/him to do a little placement test for me.

MA in Second Language Studies, USA Language Pedagogy training, UK BA in pre-school teaching.
