- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give realistic pricing for the customer and myself. I’m not here to get rich I’m here to provide great service at a reasonable rate. My price is always the discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand electricity is foreign and scary to most so I talk to all my customers as if it’s a brand new topic that they have no knowledge of. I also try to get a good understanding of what their goal is and explain it in detail back. I also provide on-site quotes if the vision is not clear or the job is too detailed to explain via phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served a 5 year Apprenticeship in Electrical Construction along with another 5 years as an Electrical Journeyman in the IBEW Union.
