I had numerous plumbers out to evaluate and hopefully solve my issue. However, they weren't able to. J Sewer and Drain took time to listen to my concern, the work that had been previously done or tried and was willing to investigate further. Once they did, it was determined that the plumbers who previously were out, were not leading me in the right direction. "Oh it's a collapsed line," "You need hydro-jetting" "Your catch basin has been cemented over"<--- all inaccurate. These guys found the source of the issue, (drain to nowhere) and provided a reasonable solution to get water draining away from my backyard and out to the sewer line. It was not a project for the faint of heart but I am thankful that they were willing to take the time to solve this!

Jonathan was the first to respond to our plumbing nightmare. Water was backing up into our kitchen thru the washing machine drain. It was Wednesday night, Marcelo showed up at 8:00 am the next day and quickly solved the issue, replacing shoddy work from the previous owner. Very professional and empathetic to our situation. Jonathan continue on the call with us until we were sure the water stopped flowing, willing to send someone that night. Very rare today. Definitely in my speed dial.
