- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are a Full Service Event planning company, we provide many services but we would like to share our Packages for Wedding Planners: Full Service Wedding Planner Package = $1600 (non-refundable deposit $400) -Invitations -Color Scheme ideas -Budget Prep -Wedding Dress preparations -Venue Search -Venue Tastings -Venue Contracts - Vendor Resources Coordination(DJ, Photography, Videography..etc -Wedding Timeline -Day of Coordination. -Meetings and contracts for vendors Day of Coordination Package = $1100 - Prepare a timeline for the Day - Contact the vendors to understand their timeline for the day. - All Day Coverage - Meetings with the customer to understand the requirements -Meet with the coordinator of the Venue -Meetings with Clients to make sure that timeline is accurate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a FREE consultation to understand our clients requirements. Then if we are selected then we proceed with a signed contract, then we start the work with preparing with the event with the customer. We keep great communication with the customer and documentation to make sure that we stay on the same page. With the new customer we keep a timeline of what events are going to take place and when(eg..Wedding). After the event has been completed we followup with the client to go over the event and make sure that their requirements were met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have videos and we attend seminars to stay on top of the latest and greatest ideas to expand our knowledge. Sometimes we may be invited to attend seminars out of state that may be helpful to our clients. We love doing presentations to our clients of what's new out there and to look forward too.
