Sweetest Engagements is a one stop shop for all of your wedding and event needs. Anything from birthday parties, baby showers, business parties to wedding planning and day of coordinator. My job is to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is happy during the event! There isn't an job too big or too small that I can't handle. I love seeing everyone enjoying the event and being stress free as possible on their big day. That's why I love planning events, weddings and being a day of wedding coordinator.

I cannot recommend Allison more as a day-of coordinator!! Leading up to the date, she was very responsive and helped us shape our timeline based on her extensive experience. On the day of the wedding, she brought my decoration vision to life and dealt with numerous fires so smoothly I didn't even know about them until after the event. I'd say that the biggest thing Allison did to go above and beyond was figuring out how to donate the extra unopened food and find homes for the bud vases, candles, and other decorations that would have otherwise had to be thrown out. That made us feel so much better about our night, and she took care of all of it. Allison's day-of contributions (that I know of!): providing helpful feedback on our day-of timeline, 2 meetings before the event to align on plans, greeting and coordinating with the vendors at the reception, receiving and dealing with food delivery issues, setting up all the decorations and guest book, making sure tips got to all the vendors, and getting everything to where it needed to go at the end of the night.

Allison was amazing! She set up The decorations for my wedding and also acted as the day of coordinator. She made my special day stress free! I didn’t have to worry about anything while getting ready because she handled it all! If I could go back I would book with her all over again! Very professional and good at her job. Allison was excellent as a day of coordinator. I really didn't have to think about anything the day of my wedding as she kept everything flowing smoothly, decorated and organized. She also assisted with rehearsal and breakdown which was amazing. Highly recommend

Allison was absolutely amazing! Sweetest human on earth probably cause she’s was my angel! Kept me on track leading up to the wedding and effortlessly kept us all on schedule on our wedding day! Was such a joy to work with and had the best energy all day/night long! Made the day flow so nicely and checked in throughout the night as well! Absolutely loved working with her and would recommend!

Allison was absolutely wonderful. She got in touch with all of the vendors ahead of time to let them know she was on point for the day, and she just made everything work. She got the wedding party of eight to and from the beach for photos in plenty of time for more photos at the venue, AND figured out the best spot to use when they were there. I don’t even know all the fires she put out, and that’s really the point. She was calm and supportive and absolutely great. Also, I hired her, as mother of the bride, but the bride and groom both loved her too! Thank you, Allison!!

    When meeting with a bride or event host I do a consultation where we go over what they want, the contract and other important information related to the wedding or event.

    I went to school for event and wedding planning and I am certified.

    I love seeing other peoples vision come together on their big day. I want everything as stress free as possible and make it such an amazing day that the couple will remember for the rest of their lives.
