Al was very punctual and communicated with me to understand my issue. He came to my home to take a look at my printer and was able to fix the issue within 15 minutes. Very reasonably priced & efficient. I will be reaching out to Al for any issues in the future.

Al was great - once he determined the problem, he made sure that - although the printer was broken - he could safely extract the toner cartridges from it, so that they could be used in the new printer…which he had in his vehicle! We transacted a purchase that was satisfactory and saved us a lot of time running around. I would absolutely recommend A & L Copier Services!!

My Canon MAXIFY 2320 inkjet printer stopped working, I couldn't get it to work and I had to have someone come out to look at it. The repairman said that it would cost $325.00 to fix and I probably should get a new one so I did. It is a Canon Color ImageCLASS MF751Cdw and it needed new drivers to work with my computer. IT services' Peter Wilson/Justin were able to get it done.
