- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Sometimes people think of us as nothing more than "glorified Google'ers" who rely on searching the web instead of actually knowing how to do anything. In reality, I make most repairs without ever needing to refer to a search engine for help. The reason we use google is that there are hundreds of different computers and computer programs and we can't know all of their peculiarities off of the top of our head.
