My PC had bad malware (a Rootkit and a Trojan...); Computer Prodigies had to format the drive and re-install all the software along with a new operating system. Their price was reasonable and they brought my PC back from quarantine ! I would use them again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be extra careful on who you choose because we personally have come across numerous customers who have lost money dealing with someone who claimed they were "experienced." What we believe what matters is what your customers say about you in business than how many years experience a person may have because what good is even 100 years experience in "fixing something" if you're not honest with the customers. That's why we have customers traveling from Palos Park, Oak Lawn, Aurora, Hammond, IN & others just to come to Chicago for our service.
