Was having issues with my Windows and receiving a stop code error. Messaged Benito and he responded within a few minutes saying he could be there the next day. Was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes of being over and now the computer runs like new. Very Personable and was more then willing to both help and give advice for potential future upgrades. Will definitely be using Benito again in the future for any issues.

My name is Madiha and I recently worked with benito on my remarkable 2 tablet. I had the power button broken and he managed to fix it for me. I had went to two different repair people and they completely ignored what I was asking of them and one of them ruined the button.
