We offer competitive pricing for a premium service. We are offering 50% off for the first month for new customers for a limited time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We service organizations that need cleaning services in the evening and on weekends. We accept new clients who need 3-7 days a week of cleaning services. We will first verify your location, your needs and make a time to meet with you and learn more about your facility and how we can customize a cleaning program to meet all your needs and expectations within the budget you desire. We will give honest feedback and recommendations to you on how to best serve you. Once we determine we are a good fit for each other, you will receive a detailed quote with several price options. We promise to listen to all your needs and requests and put together the best possible cleaning program for you and your organization. We look forward to meeting you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company founder has a public health background and everything we do starts with health and safety first. This includes practices such as using green cleaning products; using different gloves and clothes to prevent cross contamination room to room; using HEPA filters in vacuums to filter the air, trap virus particles, and improve the level of dust in every space, and much more. We also focus on the amount of time cleaning solution stays on surfaces. Some products must remain up to 10 mins to kill viruses like COVID-19 and many other transmittable viruses/bacteria. We have systems in place to ensure this step is never skipped and done properly. He also pay close attention to all high-touch areas even ones you wouldn't even think of.
