- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
❓ How much are house cleaning services? Our services are priced hourly, with a minimum booking of 2 labor-hours. If you add extra services (refrigerator cleaning, etc.), extra time will be added to your total. A labor-hour is the amount of work performed by one worker in one hour. ❓ Who is responsible for the parking cost? The responsibility of parking is up to the customer. If no free parking is available, the customer will need to cover the cost of paid parking. ❓ What forms of payment do you take? You can pay online or at the time of service using a credit or debit card. We do not accept personal check payments.
