I enjoy what I do no matter the challenge, I am very reasonable especially during these times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know their needs and expectations. Let's be blunt, I'm a stranger walking into your house, I want to make sure my customers are comfortable enough to talk to me and ask me about anything work or non-work related! So when I walk out of your doors at the end of the service we had both built new connections!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coming from handy work background and then being taught by many journeymen at a company when I started HVAC.
