I'm giving my most honest, unbiased review with zero other considerations. Dukes Heating absolutely is THE best, second to none. My heater has been giving me troubles starting from November 2020. We had four different companies/technicians come over and got new parts/equipment, still didn't work. I put in request last night 12am. Andrew replied 8am in in a Monday morning. and within an hour, John was at my door. He was extremely patient and informational. And most important, he fixed the issue!!! We are back in warmth again. I definitely highly recommend Dukes Heating! They are my go to tech now!

30 year Boiler died Dec 1st. Dec 2nd, a known heating guy said 2 replace or repair, but 2 busy until Dec 6th. I work nights, my tenant is cold, anxiety and stress sets in, I can’t sleep. I need someone fair and trustworthy. Dec 3rd, randomly chose Dukes Heating. John, Dukes Sales rep who is super experienced and wise said, “u can repair but expensive or a new boiler.” John calls Andrew who I can hear ask John, “if we repair it, will it be safe?” Right then, they were trustworthy and fair for caring about my well being. Dec 5th, Dukes Heating put in a new boiler and hot water tank. Night of Dec 5th, SLEPT LIKE A BABY!! Give Dukes Heating a holler, a scream and a shout! I’m glad I did!!
