- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing and quotes are estimates and may change with scope of circumstances. However, we do try to be as transparent as possible with any pricing changes. Some pricing details to note; Pet treatment is offered as a upgrade ($40) for cleanings that involve urine, vomit, saliva, blood and other bio generated stains. Cleaning that require extensive fur removal may require a $30 fee due to the added time that it take for the thorough removal of excessive fur. Again, these changes will be communicated if technician feels that they are necessary for the cleaning. We also have a $30 fee associated with cleanings that are on the 3rd floor of apartment buildings that do not have elevator access. The equipment used that is necessary for the cleanings have a combined weight of hundreds of pounds and we want to compensate our techs for going the extra mile to service you on these jobs. Lastly, our mileage charge. We charge a travel fee in the form of mileage that is added to every cleaning that we perform. We are able to calculate this charge with your service location before you book as for more transparency.

When working with a new customer, we give an overview of what services we provide and the processes used to perform those services as well as availability and estimated price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians recieve industry certification and on-site training.
