- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is competitive,but flexible to work within a budget, and can accommodate services to meet the client’s requests. Pricing can vary depending on what the project entails. Envelopes and place cards have fixed pricing. Custom work would be a direct quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process includes getting to know what the customer wants and how I can accommodate their needs and establishing a time line to complete projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m self taught and have over 20 years experience. I learn and grow with each project and practice my craft as often as I can. I’m also inspired by other calligraphers as well, and the creative process that follows.
