- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Custom-made cocktails are available beginning at: $35 for 1 or 2 unique drink options 3-4 options at $45additional 5-7 options at $55 additional 7-10 options at $70 ...additional added to the total price. This price includes a custom drink menu that we will supply to your event and you will have as a keepsake. It includes a tasting which can be set up for the day of, the week of, or even the month of the wedding. Typically no earlier than that as many details will already need to be in place. This price includes any custom garnishes and syrups or purees needed for the specialty cocktail. This price includes an itemized list of ingredients needed when the host is purchasing alcohol and includes a budget if requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know who I am working with and learn more about their event. I like to know what they usually drink and what kind of fruits, flavors they like. It also helps to know what kind of food is being served, the time of day for the event, and the mood/tone of the venue. All of these factors are considered when I am creating a custom drink.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Bartender/Certified Mixologist BASSET certified (IL) Off-premises TIPS certified A background in chemistry and psychology helps with creating the cocktails and dealing with folks from all walks of life.
