FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Contact for final rates* For very large events, we have discounts when 2 twisters are requested. Having 2 twisters exponentially helps the output of balloons, and can easily produce over 50 different balloon creations per hour. Even for events in which 1 twister may be suitable, having 2 twisters means more creative balloons per person. This is especially effective for events like grad nights!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Texting, phone calls, and email all work great. After contacting me (Nate), I will then ask about the event and how our services can be used. There are various ways a balloon artist is used (making superheroes for a private birthday party, selling balloons at a fundraiser, doing line work for big festivals, table hopping at a restaurant, providing balloons for a store opening, etc). Depending on how many balloon creations are need per hour, the repertoire of the twisters will be different, since certain balloons take too long to be efficient for large crowds.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team was trained by Mind Blowing Balloons based out of California. We have worked with them as professionals for over 5 years. They are premier twisters in Orange Country and had an intensive training program to allow us to learn how to efficiently do our creations. We have also spent thousands of hours making balloons through table hopping and interacting with hundreds of clients a day when working at the restaurant we partner with, the Rainforest Cafe (was at Chicago and Schaumburg locations before closing, currently at the Gurnee location). I have yet to find an event in which our services were considered just average.
