I reached out to Star appliance at 11pm on a Saturday, they replied within 15 minutes and had a technician at my rental home 10:30am the next day. My fridge needed a control board replacement, which they had a part of on hand and were able to get it working that same day. The fact that they could help me over the weekend and fix my refrigerator in less than 24 hours is above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough
