Great service! This is my first time using thumb tack and it was great. Bob responded back fast to me and I was able to get an appointment the next day. He was honest and thorough with his work. Bob showed me my washing machine wires had been bit by rats and it was going to be hard to fix. Then came back another day to look at it for no charge for 2 hours to see if the wires could be fixed. Overall it was recommended that I get a new washing machine as it was going to be too costly to repair. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Bob to repair my dishwasher. He responded within minutes and immediately booked a time that worked perfectly for me. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. While waiting for the dishwasher to cycle and confirm the repair was successful, we ended up discussing my long-dead ice maker. Bob offered to take a look and quickly diagnosed and fixed that issue as well. Overall, it was a super efficient and incredibly helpful visit. The longest part was waiting for the dishwasher to complete a wash cycle to ensure it was properly working, which it was. I’ll absolutely call Bob again if I need anything else repaired and would highly recommend his services.

Fair and thorough He spent 2 plus man hours on the initial service call diagnosing the problem with refrigerator. Presented a repair estimate that would get it working again costing several hundred dollars. As another working component might be causing the failure of the parts not working he suggested it may not be cost effective to repair. Instead of pushing repairs he gave me a fair assessment of the situation. I will be buying a new refrigerator instead.
