Alex came out within hours of me putting in a request and he was very thorough with diagnosing the problem with our dishwasher and attempting to fix it. He needed to come out 2 different times after the initial consult and he kept me very informed of the process and timing of things. He spent way more time (probably 10+ hours in total) trying to fix our machine than I think anyone else would have and was disappointed that he couldn’t. Even though Alex couldn’t repair our machine (LG’s fault not his), I would 100% use him again in the future! He is very kind and a great person to work with.

My fridge went out and after reaching out to Alex he showed up within 48hrs. Despite the heavy snow and strong winds, Alex still showed up on time to fix my refrigerator! I’m so appreciative of his quality of work and how kind he was. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family!
