I found him to be very responsive and knowledgeable. The job was replacing an old mailbox set in a brick column, and it wound up requiring the chipping away of old mortar, removal of a couple of bricks, fighting the old box out, squeezing the new one in and then regrouting and reinstalling a couple of bricks. It was a lot more complicated than I expecvted, and was all done in just about 80 minutes, at what I thought was a very fair price.
