I have to say Grabinski and Sons will ALWAYS get my business!!! He was on time, did a wonderful job installing my back security door, and we did a lot of laughing. Before he left we spotted other things that needed to be done. I will most definitely be hiring him when it’s time to do more work. Thanks again!!!

Roger was very punctual and did an excellent job installing our doors! His price was fair and reasonable and provided the service within the time estimated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, if you need a door installed, we will first set up a free estimate to measure the opening and do a site check. We will check things like handing, obstacles, if additional materials are needed, etc. An important part of this free estimate is to find out what the customer needs/wants.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Licensing! Insurance! Permits! Check your local ordinance to see if you need a permit to do the work you are requesting. Some require permits for door installation, some don't. This is something you want to discuss with your contractor as well. It is easy to get a license for your community, but you may have additional fees. Some communities take longer to finalize permits, so keep that in mind. If the contractor does not have insurance, he will not be able to get the permits. We don't recommend hiring someone who does not have insurance.
