- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a gift card as a thank you to every client that recommends us to family and friends
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We measure the job site, we talk about extras like leaf guards, wood replacement, gutter placement, color, and material. If a customer knows what they want then we go straight to scheduling a day to install. If a customer isn’t sure we can help and answer any questions about their project and recommend the best solution based on what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience gained from learning at the job sites over the years, I took a roofing course to go along with gutters. I plan on learning about new technology every year that benefits the client.
