I own and operate a professional pet sitting service which offers in your home pet sitting, in my home dog boarding, vacation care in your home for dogs and cats, and pet nanny overnight care for your large pet family! Check out the website! Pet sit rates begin at $18/visit for 1 dog for a 25- to 30-min. Two dogs would be $20/visit. Licensed in my home overnight boarding begins at $45 per day. Pet Nanny Overnights for your large Pet Family begins at $85 per day and includes AM, Midday, Dinner & an overnight from 9:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following morning.... I service Dundee, Sleepy Hollow, Elgin, South Elgin, St. Charles, Carpentersville, South Barrington, Gilberts, West Dundee & East Dundee, Hoffman Estates, Lake In The Hills, and more!

Karen is a pleasure to work with, she responded quickly, we were able to set up a meet and greet time within five days. She has great system for the boarding dogs and her dogs to get used to each other! It was important to us to get regular text updates while gone-Karen even included some pics, it put us at ease to know the dog kids were in good hands! :) The pick up/drop off service Karen does is a great bonus especially when your trying to pull everything together before a trip. From my house to Yours is also a good value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Will be using Karen’s services again.

Karen and Rita are great and my dogs love spending time with them. I’ve done two bookings so far and I’ll be doing a third in a few weeks. There couldn’t be a better place I’d feel safe leaving my dogs for over a week. I get photo updates and little descriptions on how my pups are doing. My boarding days have been 7+ days so they pick up and drop off the pups which is such an amazing thing to offer people going on vacation. Prices aren’t over inflated which is greatly appreciated especially since taking care of dogs isn’t an easy task! I feel like my dogs get a more personalized touch with people that care for them and their specific personality. You could not go wrong with the experience provided, I 100% recommend!

I hired Karen from My House to Yours so my cat would have someone looking after her while I attended a work event out of town. Karen did a fantastic job making sure my cat was taken care of even though my cat hid away until the last day. I would no hesitate to hire From My House to Yours again.

I have utilized From My House To Yours pet sitting service for more than six years now. Karen and her team have taken excellent care of my dogs and my home. They have provided pet visits during the week while my husband and I are at work and also when we are on vacation. Karen and her team are loved by my dogs. My dogs look forward to seeing their pet sitter and I am confident of the care that is provided to my dogs when I am away from home. I highly recommend the service they provide and I am confident of the love that they show to the pets in their care.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each assignment is different so I need to find out the scope of each Petsitting Assignment before sharing the per visit fee. Are you looking for Weekday Midday visits because you work away from home and you are away from your dog many hours/day? Did you just adopt a puppy and your new pup needs one or two visits a day until they get a few months older? Are you going on Vacation and looking for a Petsitter to come to YOUR home anywhere from 2-4 times/day to visit with your dog(s). Do you have a large Pet Family and require a Pet Nanny to stay overnight?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is my 12th successful year owning/operating a Pet Sitting Business in the Fox Valley Area! I have a College Degree from the University of Illinois in Animal Science. I have extensive experience in puppy potty training through Care Dog Training, Owner: Mazerri as well as Basic Obedience Training through Care Dog Training which helps me immensely in working with so many dogs in my Petsitting Business.
